Management will force you to use vacation time at Christmas instead of doing a layoff. They make a public spectacle of donating money to charities under a veil of Christianity, but when their own employees are dying of cancer they turn their backs and go into protection mode. Salaried employees are expected to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.
