Pluspunten

The most unique part of this company are the founders, their leadership, and down to earth connection with every employee. It's easy to lose sight of workers especially being the highest in the hierarchy, but Fluency's leaders do an amazing job "working on the ground floor." There is ALWAYS support as needed, and have always felt trust between management and employees. A lot of the company are a bit older, with kids and families, and it makes work life balance and remote culture actually enjoyable. The peers are some of the most talented people I've worked with, and says a lot about Fluency to be able to create teams that not only are super bright and efficient, but also work well together and have a good camaraderie with each other.

Additionally, you can always come to me (Mike) if you don't feel like you are getting what you need on direction. I want to make sure that isn't and obstacle for you and in an growing organization, it is an important element to manage!
