If you belong to MEX TAC & BRA TAC you will be better off -Promotion is less than 15% and if you get it, forget about the yearly raise If you don't get a promotion, be advised that your yearly raise will be max 5%, 3.5% this year, and some other post-sales areas 1.5%. So basically it accounts for yearly inflation.
