GraduationSource is a fast-growing company with a lot to do. New leadership has been working hard to make positive changes across all departments. I am working with many intelligent people who are dedicated and take pride in the work they do. There are many opportunities to learn new concepts and skills. I am thankful to work in a department where I am given a chance to grow and interact with others to create memorable work. So far, experience, knowledge, and exposure are my biggest takeaways from working at GradutionSource. Communicating with some departments is often difficult and answering a peer will fall to the waist side. Everyone is really busy but responding in a timely fashion would streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
