Great People on the entry level side of things. Flexible with time off. Benefits are decent.

Minpunten

Upper management and ownership don't care about employees well being. Don't expect a raise, ever. People have been there nearly 10 years without one. Lots of bullying techniques used by upper management. Very arrogant behavior from some management towards lower level employees. They make promises and don't keep them.

Used to be a fun place to work. Previously fun conversations and caring management. Not much to brag about now

Management are now friends and family of owners. You have no one to go to for problems anymore. It's a bully environment. You upset one manager and you are now an enemy of them all. Including owners! Nepotism is rampant. Come in when they want, leave when they want. Work from home whenever. Every Friday or Monday? Why not! It's horrible! Owners don't care and you feel like a minion. Keep your head down and expect nothing, then you will be fine. Managers don't go by any of the rules you have to follow. They will fire anyone that makes feathers ruffle. Lost a lot of good workers just because they made one of them upset. This is no way to keep a company united.
