The company promotes a lot the individuality and openness to communicate with your colleagues, ensuring hierarchy is not strict. The work-life balance is great and there is a lot of flexibility like remote work (depending on the role of course).

Minpunten

Even when the journey has started, sometimes it feels a lack of standardisation of processes across the management units. Having to collect information from different countries takes a lot of time due to not having a concentrated data base.

A few colleagues (not the majority) were genuinely great to work with. Lots of coffee and snacks available. Basic training requirements were covered.

Minpunten

Leadership was completely ineffective, creating constant frustration. Due to leadership having a neverending nap, IT suppliers were essentially allowed to run the show. They exploited the lack of oversight, did whatever they wanted, and faced zero pushback. There was essentially no support when issues arose. A majority of managers just “went with it,” showing little initiative or willingness to improve anything.
