They don't require any Drug Test for hiring. Not a positive thing for me, though it definitely brings in a SHADY ELEMENT!

Minpunten

The pay is $7.25...PERIOD. No raises, no incentives or bonuses. The center itself is dirty, confining, they don't offer any new headsets-must buy own(I've never had to do that), no mouse pads. Training is two days and then they throw you on the phones with over 40 or more calls in que. There is no break room, no fridge for lunches, no microwave, no tables inside/outside, no eating at your desk-you must eat outside in your car. I've worked many call centers where they care about their employees.. Apex, West, AT&T-go to these places because when you step inside their companies, you see the difference.
