Born out of its mammoth civil engineering and construction parenthood, Jacobs Technology demonstrates its caring for its people by building teams around the concept of safety and how important being safe is in all aspects of their employees lives. I learned that peoples safety is a universal connector that can enable great teams.

It is difficult to pinpoint a specific con for Jacobs. I wish they managed creativity more effectively. Very few companies really do manage creatively well so its hard to make this a specific con for Jacobs.
