Pluspunten

The Family Coaches and FSD are compassionate and really want to help these women.

Minpunten

The Executive Director at the Baltimore Campus, Danielle Staton is a liar and she's not capable of doing her job. She submitted my expense report without the receipts that I had and I was suspended without pay. When I sent a formal complaint about her to HR, I was terminated. She doesn't communicate well AT ALL and she clearly wants to run the show. She doesn't want to work with anyone, she wants a subordinate. The organization LIED and told me they would give me an exit interview, detailing why I was terminated which they never did. This organization is fraud. As a single mother of two children, it's despicable how the organization treated me. To claim they "help" single mothers, it's obvious that they are only here to exploit us. They only want $$ and donations.

Pluspunten

Jeremiah Program is super mission-driven, and it shows in the passion of the staff. The team culture is supportive and collaborative, and the people you meet are genuinely amazing. Chastity, the CEO, is great. She’s warm and welcoming, even hugs you just to say hello and thank you without asking about your position and title. I have never had this experience with a CEO and it makes you feel seen. The work is really rewarding, and the kids are the absolute best part. Hearing their stories makes it worth it if you love this work. The community support is awesome as well.

Minpunten

There are huge challenges with structure, communication, and workload balance. Processes aren’t always clear, which can make things inefficient depending on the team or department. Staff retention is talked about a lot, but follow-through is inconsistent. There’s also a communication gap between CST and onsite staff that hasn’t really changed over the years I've been here. The workload and pressure can be intense, and burnout is real—I honestly felt more burned out here than anywhere else I’ve worked. There are basically no professional growth opportunities, and it’s hard to see a long-term path within the company.
