I have never been in a role before where your well being is cared for as much as here. The people are great and the entire organisation is the embodiment of one big happy family. I have also never had so much freedom in a role to really take charge of where I want it go. It is an organisation that allows you to carve your own path and gives you the resources and the support to do it. Since starting here I have lost 8 kilos, have a healthier mindset and feel a sense of satisfaction in what I do everyday.
