Pluspunten

There is no political back-biting but much congeniality and cooperation. The company offers an annual bonus based on years of service, which means people tend to stay. I feel fairly compensated and rewarded for extra work with extra money over the years.

Minpunten

So many work from home, which on one level is great but there's no real chatter in the office, which is beautiful and new. But I guess that's how it is most places now anyway, fairly quiet.

Very flexible, remote work environment. The CEO is a super nice guy.

If you aren't part of the family you are not secure nor will you find upward mobility. Management is very secretive. The founder...there's not enough room to get into him. Avoid him at all costs. You don't even want him to know who you are. Pay is never as promised. If the company has a bad year, you flat out just do not get paid the commission you've earned.
