- some teachers display unethical behaviours (e.g. pulling childrens' ears, swearing in front of children, discussing favoured children/preferences in front of the children, referring to children as 'stupid' or 'idiot') - lack of remuneration - teachers are not always transparent about expectations

-Friendly therapists and easy to ask for tips and advice on classroom management strategies -Good collaboration between MDT -Hands-on experience: able to teach children with special needs in a class of 4-5 -Reasonable working hours

-No HR for therapist and staff welfare -Employer is profit-driven, wanted more programme sign-ups rather than planning interventions -Overheard employer making derogatory remarks to children with special needs behind parents' backs -Employer keep pushing his religious views on parents
