There are no pros, a very small organization, no process in place, they are not focused on any single thing,they are mainly selling hardware of other organizations and earning from commissions, rude management, there are no teams of any department. nither software or in any testing or automation. There are only 2-3 people on each team. They don't have any quality work to do. Don't go on their reviews, they are given by their HR and a few people of management, to lure aspirants.

1. No Projects. 2. Very less increments. 3. No learning as they don't have any quality work to do,as per current industry trends. 4. Go there only if you want to work in a low-paying sales job, to sell some hardware, and if you are not capable of finding something good. 5. Teams like software are not teams, there are only 2-3 people who are always busy without work, and making their own company website n all, as they got no projects. 6. Automation team - In this team people are working, as they can't, get a job anywhere else and management is taking benefit of them, by paying low and asking for more to do.

Because we take on specialized, high-precision projects, the documentation requirements and quality standards are very rigorous. It can feel like a lot of "paperwork and reviews" at times, but it’s ultimately what ensures our products are top-tier.

Long establish company with a rich history of an enviable customer lineup (Both Govt and Commercial) Awesome culture of being able to plan and execute initiatives. Org inculcates the ethos of Speed, Quality and Value for customer. Variety of topics to contribute to especially with new initiatives in DefSpace. Will provide ample opportunities to core engineers to learn craft of the trade. Endless learning from seasoned sales team. Their passion and long service dedication will be an inspiration. One must be ready to hit the ground running- a reality CEO's will inspire you to leave your limits behind (as you may have believed).
