I loved the my work there, its all open Source,
lots of freedom at the developer level to make decisions.
since its a small team very good chances to stand out and get noticed for the work you do

not very stable - trying to find projects and clients so less job security.
management team not in sync, every one in upper management stresses on different things making it very confusing and not so fun to be there.
you may get caught into bad work/life balance with ease
staff not always professional which also reflects in poor cleanliness levels.
