Billing mgr HIRE ALL HER FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS. So be ware. No growth (unless friends with billing mgr) . If billing mgr dont like you, SHE WILL FIND A REASON TO LET YOU GO. SEEN IT HAPPEN TOO MANY TIMES. IF friends with the Doctors your job is secure. HR and management stick together even if management WRONG!... NO 401K, no sick time.
