The sales management at Projectplace in Germany is regularly churning employees and its not hard to see why. Bullying is commonly used to pressure people into working hard, only for the best deals to then being shifted away from you and towards the manager herself. Makes management look great indeed and leaves you with no commission whatsoever. 2. Racist attitude. On multiple occasions, the management ranted of people from Turkish or Eastern European descent. It's embarrassing, to say the least. 3. Nepotism. Nothing to add here, people getting hired based on friendship rather than on professional merit. Overall a clear advice for anyone thinking of joining. Don't, there plenty of decent companies who value their employees.

The stability of the company (been in business as a SAAS since 1998, longer than Google) affects the openness for radical ideas and changes; it's current thriving business might be causing risk aversion (and possibly prevents rapid exponential growth).
