The team as a whole are fantastic. The entire team (including the store girls & warehouse team) are unbelievably talented, and great people to work with. Team culture is lovely, and I have made some life long friends from my time at RIXO. Good staff discount.
Minpunten
The founders create a bad atmosphere throughout the company, resulting in the wider team being fearful of them. If you aren't already one of their friends that have been hired, or within their clique, you won't be treated kindly to say the least. Recognition and praise is little to none. A lot of the team work weekends and long hours, which is very rarely noticed. Not to forget that you will receive constant Whatsapp messages over the weekends and during time off. No diversity; 99% of the company is made up of white middle class females. No HR Intern neglect; numerous unpaid interns are hired each month to wedge the gap where a paid full time employee should be - free labour! No opportunity for pay rises/bonus. I worked there for 2 years, and never received a salary increase (the same for many others).
