- Female founder, hard worker, exceptionally smart, and often a very inspiring leader. - Cutting edge technology, innovative, and inspriting brand in a low-tech indusry - Amazing designs (I miss so much the free Ruti clothing) - Great compensation

Minpunten

- Some employees are very hard to work with / deal with yet the CEO still insisted to keep them (even though they were also bad for the company) - High expectations from the team (sometimes too high)
