They do not follow employment laws. - They hire students at a very low salary. - There is chaos all year around. There are almost no projects in pipeline. - Mostly work is related to internal employee data dashboards on powerbi. Dashboards are indirectly used as micromanagement tool. - employees are asked to fill timesheets with very precise details. Those who are not on projects are likely to be fired. - extra lead layer to keep track of micromanagement of junior employees - Management is very old thinking. They speak of all AI and latest tools, but do not know how and what to implement. - Management does not even know how to calculate employee utilization. They suddenly increase utilization in middle of year. - ultra low salary and no work on latest technology.
