When I reached out to request either a revised joining date or any form of compensation for the loss caused, my emails were ignored and no proper response was provided. This clearly shows a lack of basic professionalism and respect for candidates. This kind of conduct is not just unethical, it directly impacts people’s careers and financial stability. Companies must understand that candidates are not numbers — these decisions affect real lives. I strongly urge job seekers to be extremely cautious while dealing with Restroworks. Do not rely on their offer letters unless you have absolute certainty, as they may withdraw it at any notice
