Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There is much to unpack here and although not a positive review, your feedback is very important to consider as we scale and grow. The company is scaling exponentially and as we grow we need to ensure we keep all the things you mentioned at the top of mind in order to be successful. I joined ReversingLabs a little over 4 months ago. I came to ReversingLabs because I, like yourself, thought our employees and products were phenomenal. I saw an exciting opportunity for us to be very successful, provide meaningful work and attract and retain top talent. Over the last four months, I have spent a good majority of my onboarding time listening to the employees and leaders. It is my job to pay attention to the diversity, retention, communication and wellness of our employees and, along with the ELT, we are working very hard to do just that. I’m excited for the enhancements and strides we have made in hiring more diversity into the company, putting initiatives in place where we are enhancing communication lines, doubling down on our GTM strategy and along with the addition of several new leaders, we have increased our focus and attention.
