Lack of transparency on leadership's decision making, often feels like there's a moving target. As a new, rapidly growing nonprofit there isn't much structure when it comes to things like HR and professional development (growth outpaced internal processes). Your "happiness" at the org depends on the relationship you have with your manager and their ability to build out an effective team, I've seen others from different departments struggle during their time here saying they weren't set up for success.
