- The Data Science management lacks real Data experience and is a behind-industry-standards team. - Human Resources team is a security liability. No more than two months after requiring all employees to sign an addendum banning ChatGPT (allowing only the internal LLM), the human resources team used ChatGPT to summarize confidential employee well-being survey results, inadvertently leaking sensitive information. Despite this breach, no one in that team faced consequences (top management directly responsible), highlighting a double standard in rule enforcement. - The company’s whistleblower process (often suggested after these reviews) is ineffective and serves human resources' interests rather than employees’.
