      - Abusive MD (like legit shouts and yells at you for the silliest thing. I used to cry everyday after work because of the abuses and yelling) - No work life balance (stayed up to 10 PM in the office at one point) - Zero co-operation from HR - No scope for growth in career - Racist ideology
