Bad salary. Unprofessional firm. Dictatorship and favouritism of management with a lot of brown nose employees. Terrible culture encouraging back stabbing. Winners get easy jobs and KPI. Founder controls CEO and CEO controls rest. CEO doesn't have a good idea for 2 years and a YES man immediately agreeing to founders and in turn demands employees to say Yes to him. We call Arsh Yezzz. Pronounced as Yes with lots of ZZZ because he puts you to sleep whenever he talks. Turn over rate is terrible. A lot of good employees left
