This would be fine if he allowed the talented people hired at Syllable to make decisions and accept ownership. Yet, he cannot let go of control and the business suffers: the most mundane decisions take months, efforts deemed high priority move at a snails pace, leaders lose confidence under this leadership and progress stalls.
