In an innovation environment, things don't always come together as planned which can be disappointing and discouraging, making it difficult to renew optimism and keep working on the innovation. It can feel challenging to keep multiple initiatives moving forward simultaneously, particularly when a "Plan B" is needed to quickly replace a "Plan A" that did not work out.

But the company's environment has not work out well for some of my fellow employees who do not share the company's values and commitment. They tend to get frustrated and complain about the demands put upon them, and some have left for more traditional jobs.
