The people driving the vision are very tired, they are overwhelmed, overloaded, and they are drained psychologically. Are you aware that the current labour wages in Nigeria is 30,000? This company delight to keep you on the same salary scale for as long as you are in the Organization. Promotion is by politics, and favouritism The Labour Law need to review how TEK Expert operate in Nigeria, they are not complying fully to the Law. The last time a colleague went to be with the Lord, it was very sad how the situation was handled. They have a great career growth plan, but would never execute it. not fair
