5yThank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Based on your title and the details you provided it sounds like your position went through a consolidation and was eliminated here in the US. While it's true that these positions this time were consolidated in another country, it has more to do with getting an Economy of Scale by using a Shared Service than cost of role here in the US. At the same time these positions were moving we launched a new line exclusively here in the US! Lastly, I will add that no employees here in the US lost their jobs - all were offered new positions at the same rate (or some even receiving increases for their new roles)! When the business needs change we always take care of our employees by giving them options to choose from... not all choose to stay with us - but it is certainly what we hope for when these changes happen.
