-Workload has substantially increased with the recent acquisitions with some departments severely short staffed. -Inconsistent processes among divisions. -Cliquish environment and a lot of gossip by employees who have been at the company for a long time. -Lack of communication between divisions.

The manager didn't seem to know how to manage her own time well, and it reflected in poor team management & expectations. It was normal for her to live at the office and she unfairly took out her frustrations on the team.
