The company grew especially fast over the last couple of years, and I foresee it growing even more in the years to come, as long as the current leaders are around. CEO is open to feedback and cares a lot about his staff. Management puts in lots of effort to bond people. One of the biggest thing is that you actually build real friendships in this company and everyone treats each other like family. Maybe because of this, there isn't much office politics because everyone looks out for each other. Tbh, the hardest thing for me to leave behind is the people. Lots of opportunities here as long as you're willing to work for it. That being said, the culture is performance focused, rather than based on the number of extra hours you work.
