That's include: E-government Interoperability, Government secured Network (GSN), National Data Centers (NDC), Government Websites Standards, Shared services (E-Signature, E-Payment, Government Emails, Call Center, M-government (using mobile for payment, signature, dialog, alerts and confirmation), and encourage market to developing USSD applications, E-Documents handling, Citizen Service Centers Standards, Open Source, Gov2 (Government transparency, Government and Social Media, Government and Innovation) • Prioritize the required action and develop detailed plan, and Develop the data dictionary, XML schema, Syrian Government Interoperability Framework, (SyGIF), and developing SyGIF Tools including: design, Configuration, Testing, Training and dissemination.
