i've worked for evolution wireless for less than a year. Everyday mangers complain about me not selling enough accessories when its the customers option.(and i dont get commission) Yes, I go into work late sometimes but they didn't want to work around schedules nor give me a day off so we can avoid that situation. They also tried to tell me that I didn't want my job because of me being late but I am a new hire running the store alone with no experience nor managers. write ups are constantly, even if it wasn't my mistake they would say its a team effort when they dont do that with my write ups.. currently getting harassed about mistakes being made when i never got trained not even a half day by a manger. the way they speak to employees is awful ... its a buddy buddy enviorment if your not apart of the circle than they dont really care about your job. there is way more!
