Pluspunten
The people who work in this former division are talented, dedicated, and passionate about their work. The culture used to be tight and very upbeat - smart people with can-do attitudes and the motivation to innovate and solve customer challenges. There are still some phenomenal people who are determined to preserve all the great things about the culture and work output of this division.
Minpunten
This division was absorbed into a mega-division that is a rudderless ship. Alex Moghadam is no longer with the company (profile is outdated). This profitable division is dragged down by legacy divisions that underperform. The leadership in Boston has not shown any vision for making this giant division somehow improve on vague goals, and they've left a very productive and talented group of people scratching their heads wondering what's next. Advancement seems to be based on being tight with the leadership at HQ and praising them for their work regardless of how poor it has been and continues to be. The impact on morale has been terrible. Nobody knows what they're working for and leadership sees a bunch of headcount without knowing the value of the teams, let alone individual performers.
