- Terrible CEO, absolute bully, a very petty man, spoke up to him multiple times, politely and constructively, but he's not able to take any critique, so he reverts to making your life absolute hell. - Don't respect people's personal lives. - Trumpish way of communication - Spies among employees that appear to be your friend, but are actually reporting to CEO directly.

While we take all feedback seriously, this review does not reflect our current structure - we do not have a Customer Success Manager role based in Dublin at this time, and haven't for some time. We are committed to fostering a respectful and transparent culture and encourage all employees to raise concerns through our internal feedback channels so they can be addressed directly and constructively.
