Pluspunten

I love the environment here. The owners really care for the team and recently they’ve shifted the company culture and really got us involved in the companies growth trajectory which makes it exciting to work here and me excited for my growth too! I’m definitely never bored and I like the fast paced energy in the office

Minpunten

There is never downtime. The company demands a lot from us. But we know what we are working towards

Pluspunten

eWomenNetwork is the real deal when it comes to supporting women in business. The community builds genuine, lasting relationships -75% of my business referrals have come directly through the eWN network, which speaks for itself. The organization operates with exceptional integrity at every level, from member interactions to corporate leadership. There is a clear, compelling mission (helping one million women each achieve one million dollars in annual revenue) that creates alignment and purpose throughout everything they do. As both a former Managing Director and now in a corporate role - though contract, I've seen the infrastructure, the strategy, and the people - all of it is built to actually deliver results, not just look good on a website.

Minpunten

The organization is growing rapidly, which means systems and processes are constantly evolving to keep up with scale. If you thrive in a fully structured, highly predictable environment, that pace of change can be a stretch, and it may not be for you. This is a high-expectation culture - the mission is big and the bar is high, which is energizing for the right person but may not suit everyone.

Pluspunten

I am currently doing contract work for eWomenNetwork that includes both public relations and video editing and producing. But I worked for them full-time from 2012-2018. I joined with experience as a video producer, writer, and radio reporter, but as the company’s media department evolved, I had to grow with it. I learned to edit video, coach people on camera, and when podcasting began to boom, I helped launch and manage their podcast network, training new hosts and hosting our own show. When the conference main stage producer left the company, I stepped up as producer of the live event — something I had never done before. Being surrounded by so many inspiring women entrepreneurs ultimately motivated me to become an entrepreneur myself. In 2018, I decided to go all in on my own business, using the skills and confidence I gained at eWomenNetwork. Pros: Variety, energizing, open-door management, lots of learning for personal and professional growth, annual conference, smart and caring members.

Minpunten

Work can pile up if you don't manage it. It can be stressful at times, especially during conference time. Priorities can be fluid, which can make it challenging to complete a project.
