* Very political work environment; Top-down micro-management style. * Continuous changes in the organizations; without a clear view this brings to the people or organisation. Changes are okay if this improves the workflow. However, having reorganizations every 6 months while the previous reorganization is not even implemented is not useful. * No communication; After the reorganization and layoffs people are kicked out without any respect. The management doesn't even communicate with the people who stay on board. We've noticed that people who you're working with are suddenly not there. * There is no good long-term strategy; Product development is not focused on the features that multiple customers need/want. Instead, they try to target a customer. When the customer drops off the development is stopped. Even the features that were developed and working are not reused for the next customer or product. * Short-term vision; There is no respect for the internal people or long-term contractors. Instead, they try to hire contractors with the skills they "need" without investing in the people that are pushing the company forward.
