Virtual interview process, they respond pretty slow but they do get back to you. Good or bad feed back. My first interview was good the second was on felt like an interrogation

Very simple and easy. Be prepared to ask questions about commute and placement in the company. Make sure this job is right for you, they can easily take advantage of your hard work.

The interview was quite lengthy. I like did however like the flexibility, wherein it was made virtual. I also like how, despite being lengthy, it was actually an interesting conversation with the panel.

I was asked questions regarding the pharmacy. From knowlegdge about C2-C5 to Data Entry. My Manager allowed me to talk about myself so I talked about everything that I did. If they give you moment to speak, talk about all the task that you do in detail. Give them precise amount off hours that you spent in Data Entry, Inventory, and what you want to achieve by working here.

Interview process was good. First a phone screening and second meeting by phone as well. In person interview was off-site with one of the MD’s. I wished I had an opportunity to see the office I would be working at prior to accepting the job

The initial phone screening was okay. There wasn’t much clarity on what exactly the job duties were, but the conversation was pleasant enough. Went through two separate rounds of interviews AND was assigned a writing sample (on a Friday to be submitted by end of day Monday)… only to be ghosted. I received no feedback from either interview or the writing sample. I truly believe they stole my submitted work and are probably using it. Also I had to follow up both times to get another interview… looking back, the red flags were there.

The interviewer was supposed to call me at the scheduled time but I never heard from her. I tried calling her 10 minutes after the scheduled time and it went straight to her voicemail. Later that same day, I got a message from her with an offer to set up another phone interview appointment. She claimed that she couldn’t complete the initial call due to some illness, but she sounded fine when I spoke with her. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled another appointment a week later. Just like the first time, she said she’d be the one to call me but she never did. I didn’t bother calling her back at that point since this type of behavior shows a complete lack of respect for candidates.

I applied Online, had a phone interview, and was invited for an in person interview. Yadira Diaz was my contact person, extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding the position. Everyone I spoke with was very professional, and polite. I was offered the position, and I am excited to be part of the AHF family.

The job interview process was done very professionally. I was asked about my educational background and if I had any prior experience in event coordination. I was asked if I could list prior events the organization had hosted.

Was excellent, and push you to develop your self showing your experience and ability . We’re 3 interviews, first HR, then my Manager, and the last one was with boss from California
