Personal, Leadership, Organizational and Strategic Scopes are tested. Once Interview passed, It will be proceeding to Vote of Confidence from Plenary. Candidate must reach 2/3 of the Vote in order for Candidate to be elected as LCP.

First you have some speed activities with other candidates. After this, you have an interview with the team leader. The interview has many questions about you, (strengths and weakness), why do you want the join them.

Extremely challenging but fulfiling. Made me aware of a lot of things during the process. IT's a long process in aiesec to get selected for any leadership role but for sure, you get to learn a lot of things about the role, the level you are applying for.

There was a zoom call and i was asked if i should have done that an this. why do that and this and should you do that and this where do that and this

so stressful, and I felt most of the time I would be out of this place once I finished my selection process, but as you know, easy comes, easy goes.
