Great go for it, It is cool for novice and very easy for seasoned officers, Then what is your story. Not that bad for an entry-level position' Then who do you want to be in this office.

The process was quick. I got hired for the BCBSNC contract. I was temporary the Lobby officer. I would've stayed. But, there are unrealistic rules in place at that site. You are expected to sit at a desk for 10hrs. No personall items on the desk. INCLUDING CELL PHONES. I was told if I had a personal phone call to make, ask to be relieved from my post. It was shunned upon to have a ear pod bluetooth in my ear as well. If my phone was supposed to be on silent. Without a Bluetooth I'm not sure if how I would become aware of an emergency phone being a single mom. During the training process the account manager showed me the camera views and pointed out all the flaws of the current officers. Your heads down for too long it's a problem. If your cell phone can be seen that's a problem. If you move too slow when responding to the client that's a problem. A lot of petty tings go on round here.

The interview process was the very simple, professional and respectful environment. The hiring manager explains every detail required by the customer and the service. Very clear and honest. No fine print at all.

Pretty much got the job on the phone, came in for an interview and did the urine test on the same day. Very smooth on boarding process. If you have a pulse you can get a job

Firstly, I'd like to state that their "feedback" is non-existent and basically, if you didn't get it, you will not get a call. They would rather sit on it for weeks, hoping you turn it down so they don't have to. Abysmal. However, the process was a couple of questions with varying answers; some not so obvious others straight forward; although i'd guess you would have known the not so obvious ones with a little feedback or a call to discuss the outcome; again non-existent.

Quick and easy got a phone call the first day I filled out the application and got my job 2 Days Later never got hired that fast but I was happy cuz I was looking for a job that day

Very brief and straight to the point. Staff is very down to earth and easy to speak with. Had one interview and was hired, week later I attended my first event.

Filled out the application and they called me the next day for an interview, after the interview I did the paperwork and background check then I had to do a drug test. The process was quick and easy. I started the same week after I took the two day class to get my DCJS. They train you at different sites just in case they need you to work at a site that needs help. you become a floater before becoming permanent at a site.
