I interviewed with the recruiter and the hiring manager. The recruiter interview lasted for about half an hour. They mentioned I would move forward and asked me to reach out to them if I hadn't heard from them after a week.

Phone screen, then in person interview. Phone screen was by a corporate food and beverage director, so knew about the position pretty clearly. Second was with the hotel GM as expected.

The interview process was relatively easy. They ask you about your experience as an accountant and knowledge on accounting terms. They don't ask you technical questions, but just get to know you as a person and what you know.

I was asked to tell them about myself. I found them very easy to speak with and I was given time to ask questions and I didn't feel they were rushing the process. I appreciated the honesty about the environment.

Possibilities for diversity. Will contact manager for a scheduled follow-up interview. Different positions are available and will train. Very friendly manner and made comfortable . Straight forward on job descriptions. Coming into season of which client numbers will increase in reservations.
