Bad, was not really inclusive at all! Didn’t feel welcoming or trans inclusive , seems to have financial issues that perhaps are not clear to others from the outside. It wasn’t clear what was expected of me in that moment

Higly professional 3 hour interview with a pool of 3 pre-selected candidates conducted by an HR firm. Then, an hour interview with your 3 direct bosses for the same 3 candidates. It took them a week to give feedback.

Had my interview with one other guy and we were asked to describe a mundane task to them to show off our public speaking/confidence etc. We also made scripts for stopping and talking to someone and stood up and presented them

Surface level and quick. It was very professional and I was able to get my questions answered about the position. I would have liked more time to learn about the organization and how my work fit into the mission statement.

Handled very professionally by the human ressources department throughout the process. There were two rounds of interviews in total including one with the director of the Swiss Section and with the director of the fundraising and engagement department.

You first interview with the hiring manager, then a director from the same department along with someone from another team. After going through those steps, you meet with the HR director to answer more broad questions related to your overall fit as part of the org.

The interview process from start to finish took nearly 9 weeks. I went through three stages of interviewing 1. Initial phone interview 2. Skills assessment 3. Final panel interview. There were long waiting periods between each step; the average time it took to hear back from them was 12 days. After completing the final interview, they never provided an update on the status of my application. They simply ghosted me, even after I wrote to ask for an answer. The entire process was disorganised and poorly carried out. It is baffling that a company this well-established cannot carry out the simplest tasks required to complete a proper interview.
