The questions are relevant and the overall interview process is very easy to navigate. Highly recommend working for bjc! Usually there is a phone interview and then an in person interview, following that.

I had an interaction with a recruiter who appeared disinterested, solely requesting a resume walkthrough without further dialogue or questioning. Later, in response to my thank-you email, the recruiter made an erroneous statement claiming that I lacked experience in a particular area, when in fact, that area is one of my strongest strengths. My attempt to clarify the situation was ignored. Since then, all applications I have submitted have been rejected, indicating that the recruiter's inaccurate assessment has significantly impacted my career prospects with BJC.

Set up with several of the leaders connected to position. Each style was different to interview. One was conversational based without tough questions, and others were very structured standard interview questions.

it was a typical interview process and they were really nice. Just be yourself and remember you're interviewing them as well. Take a deep breath and don't be nervous. What is meant for you will happen.

I had a phone interview. It was for a hybrid position, and was pretty competitive. This interview was decently easy. It was your typical questions and was short. It took them about two weeks after the phone interview before I heard anything back.

The hiring process was long. I was immediately scheduled to speak with a recruiter who shortly followed up with another follow up interview with the manager. I didn’t hear back for about 2 months and eventually got into a second interview. Although it took months for me to get an offer, I’m so happy that I waited to hear back. My onboarding coordinator was very caring, checked with me throughout the process and occupational health staff were so friendly! I was sick prior to my appointments for occupational health and a quick 1:1 to touch base about the role and everyone was extremely accommodating to me. Everyone worked well to make sure all the boxes for onboarding was checked!

It was truly, just solely an interesting interview. I don’t remember much detail bending it because it was so long ago and I’m only filling this out because I need to.

The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening, going over job history abc reasoning for leaving last job. After the interview, I was told my application would be submitted to hiring managers for the departments but as soon as I hung up, my status changed to “Interviewed; Not selected”

The nursing managers conducting the interview were a prime example of nurses who "eat their young." They were extremely rude and I had absolutely no interest in working in that type of environment.
