They were very rude in first step. I did not wanna work with them. They were talking rude, no help, they were tell your result during interview. That was the worst interview process ever.

The first interview was with the recruiter. We were discussing my previous experiences. the second interview was with hiring manager. It mostly consisted of behavioral interview questions. Following this, they sent me the HR Organizer test. Unfortunately, I did not complete this step. The interviewing procedure was excellent and professional.professional.

4 steps interview; 1-Video call with recruiter in order to understand if there is a match with candidate and company. 2-Online assessment; two part; Personality questionnaire, Ability test(like sudoku finding patterns etc.) 3-Video call with Team manager p.s. ability test was two part also; one of them was above the average for me, they gave me second shot at that test. 4-Take home task, you need to completed in 1 week, candidate can decide which technologies he/she is going to use. 5-Code review with one engineer and one team manager, code related questions.
- They asked questions based on my project; I have got rejected because they thought my code wasn't "clean enough". They gave me excellent feedback, very polite and they suggested some materials to improve myself.

I applied online and it took about 3 weeks. The interview process was so smooth from A to Z. After applying to a position from the company's site, I've received an email from a recruiter. After passing an HR interview, I received a link to an HR online assessment test which was a little challenging at first. The test includes work-related questions, inductive and decuctive logical reasoning questions. After passing the online test, I was invited to the behavioural and cultural fit interview with the Engineering Manager and we talked about how I can fit the organisation. They were asking questions about my experiences, the time that I gave or get feedbacks, the time that I had a major conflict on the team, team building spirit, why bol.com and Netherlands and so on. After passing this inteview, I recieved a take-home assignment to implement it in at most a week. After submitting the project, we scheduled for the last technical interview which was mainly about the assignment project, the decision which I made in the project, some system design related questions and finally about the available positions. Make sure that you have prepared a few good questions to ask about the team, products, company and so on to show you're interested in the company and the position. After a day or two, I received a good feedback and an offer from my recruiter and I accepted it.

It starts with a recruiter interview then you need to take some sort of an IQ and behavioral exam. If you pass that, they will give you a coding assignment that you can do maximum 3 weeks. They will check it and if it’s good enough, you will have the behavioral interview next. Lastly, the technical and final interview which mostly revolves around your coding assignment and way of working.

The whole process took a month. First was basic interview with the recruiter and common questions. Second was HR tests (like IQ tests and personality tests). I think the result isn't very important reason for the rejection here so just be yourself and response according to your personality and the IQ tests aren't difficult. Third was interview by an engineering manager and a software engineer and many questions about soft skills like "What makes you angry in the workplace?" or "How do you face with deadlines", etc. Then they presented a project and asked me to tell them about the problems and fix them, It wasn't hard. Fourth was implementing a game within two weeks after that presenting the project and discussing and defending about the solution with one engineering manager and two software engineers. My suggestion: focus on the clean code and proper tests and cover all the corner cases in your solution and I think it is important that the final solution completely works! Altogether, all the people in the interviews were very positive and very friendly. It was a nice experience.

1. Initial interview with the tech recruiter - 45mins. All about you and your experiences at work. 2. HR Assessment exam - (easiest part of the process) 3. Cultural Click interview - 1hr with Engineering Manager and SSE. All about you as a person and answering situational and behavioral questions. No technical stuff. 4. Take Home Assignment - (You could finish this within 2 weeks) This is a traditional game. 5. Technical Interview - (1hr) All about the take home assignment. You have to answer all the WHYs because that's where they will judge you. :) If you fail on this, they will not consider the other things that you did before this. I am so sad that I failed my last interview but that's life. I could use this experience to improve myself. They sent me the feedback. All of my interviewers were really nice and I would like to thank them for making me feel comfortable during the interviews. My tech recruiter is so nice too. :)
- Why did you do "that" specific part in the code? Why not do "this" instead?
