It’s was a great experience working there, I learn so much about there design. Management was helpful and there’s a lot growth. I would definitely recommend working there, especially if you are new in the retail world

– introduction with one argument/question, in my case was : What do you like to do in your spare time? – 1° assessment : check of the store and the collection Men/Women and prepare feedback for the managers, positive and negative – 2° assessment : they will describe a costumer that need a particolar outfit and you have to create a look for that costumer choosing from the collection – 3° assessment : list of what is happening in the store and you have to put in order of priority from your prespective – personal meeting with the managers I think it is a nice interview proceedure, you can really highlights your strenght

I had an interview with the recruiter which was very long and I didn’t enjoy it. I’ve never before talked on the phone with a recruiter for 50mins. I believe it is important to have a limit. Asking me in detail what are my responsibilities makes sense but asking what are my manager’s responsibilities, why ? I know it didn’t went well because in the middle of the process I gave up. This process didn’t suit me.

I went to submitte the resume to there in person and then I got interview to get part time job in cos I heard by manager such as tell me about youself first then last question was what is your goal?

The interview process was made up of 3 rounds. The first being a screening with HR, second being a video interview with the hiring manager, and the last round being a case study presentation.

Format: An assessment center(group interview)in the store. Duration: 30mins. Time: before sale season Review: Two HR were incredibly friendly. Asked us to do some very easy tasks and almost every candidates got hired.

Il colloquio è strutturato in diverse fasi ma può variare in base alle esigenze dell'azienda. Generalmente si tratta di un colloquio di gruppo in cui è prevista una parte di presentazione e una piu pratica/applicativa. I was really excited about interviewing for this company but the interview process was an unprofessional nightmare. The Hr team has no respect for your personal time and doesn’t consider the fact that you have to step away from the job that you have to interview with them. So ghosting for an interview is very unprofessional
