I applied for a summer sales position in 2019. The application process was two rounds of interviews, first round with a HR manager and the second round was with the hiring manager.

Very easy-going conversation. Around 30 minutes and got asked very general questions. The whole process seemed smooth, got a call back after a week. Talked a lot about previous experience in luxury fashion retail and sales.

The process was long and without much updates. There was also some miscommunication when setting up the online interview where the calendar was not sent to the interviewer so there was some wait before trying to contact the HR team and then realizing the mistake

Pire entretien d’embauche. Tout d’abord le mail pour la confirmation pour l’entretien commence par Madame et non Monsieur!! Ensuite le jour j, j’arrive avec un peu d’avance et je patiente en tout presque 25min sans un mot d’excuse. S’ajoute à cela, la rh n’a pas du tout pris le temps de lire mon cv. J’allais partir à ce moment-là mais bon je suis quand même resté pour passer l’entretien. Présentation de chacun et questions non pertinentes. J’étais vraiment déçu. J’ai appris plus tard que celle qui m’a reçu est en alternance.!!! Ce n’est vraiment pas possible venant d’une si belle et grande maison de nous recevoir de cette façon. Je ne donnerai pas suite car je fais le choix de refuser de travailler pour cette maison en ayant été reçu comme un étudiant alors que j’ai une expérience retail de 10 ans. Dommage pour l’image de la maison, ca ne donne pas envie d’être ambassadeur.

many steps on the process .. easy questions but took too long time between process. they called me 3 weeks between each interview.. and after several interviews radio silence from them .

Fast and thorough process, excel assessment to be expected. Last interview in person in the office. Felt like a conversation more than anything else, which was good! Straightforward with expectations.
