It was a distance interview using Zoom. It was easy to connect, and the interview was very professional and comfortable. There were only a few questions, since it was a second interview.

You go through a total of 3 interviews. The first is with an HR person, who asks you typical personality questions to make sure you fit in with the company culture. Most of the questions he asks has nothing to do with medical records. The 2nd is with the positions manager, she asks work experience, and personality questions. If the 2nd interview goes well, you interview with some of the medical records ladies. They ask typical questions. Overall they are all very easy interviews.

The interview process consisted of me with HR and the hiring manager. The first meeting was with HR which consisted of them discussing benefits and salary. Although this caught me off guard I enjoyed that because you know exactly what you are being offered. The next meeting was with the hiring manager that was more formal. He asked a lot of the typical interview questions. Overall it was a good experience!

Quick, efficient, concise. Discussed salary range to ensure both sides were in agreement, reviewed scope of practice. Great discussion about company history and current and future plans. Quick initial screening interview. Explained in detail the 2nd phase of the entire interview and selection process and potential length of time it would take.

There were three interviews total, phone, 1:1 and 2:1. Phone interview was brief. I was asked where I saw myself in the next few years, why I was leaving my current job and my availability. 1:1 was to filter out those not comfortable with terminally ill patients. 2:1 I felt they spent most of the hour and a half trying to convince me not to take the job and kept bringing up the high turnover rate for the job.

Too many interviews. You are passed from one person to another person. First HR, then another manager and then hiring manager. Why so many I do not know.
