The interview experience was great! It was more like a conversation based on my previous experiences and how it relates to the position of a TSA. It was a wholesome experience. My first interview was with Ashlee who is a Sr. Recruiter and it was about 30mins. She asked me about my work experiences and provided me with information apart from the job description. Stage 2 and the final round were with Elvin, the TS team lead, and Alyssa- TS Supervisor. It was about getting to know me, my experiences, and my interests. It was a wholesome experience. I recently had the opportunity to interview with Docebo for a research position. The interview process consisted of four rounds of interviews, as well as an assignment. The assignment involved developing an hypothetical research project to improve certain usability features of the Docebo suite. This allowed me to demonstrate my knowledge of research methods and my ability to apply them to a practical problem.

The interview process was very positive, I had a good quality line of communication and was kept up to date at every stage. The interviews themselves were challanging but constructive with good quality feedback and quick decisions at every stage. One of the best interview processes that I have been through.

Started with the HR (15 min) meeting, then moved to the Hiring Manager interview. After a week was asked to meet with some of the team and perform a 15 min demo of 'teaching something'. It was fun and collaborative.

It was online during the pandemic. Discussed experience and approaches to learning and development. Provided a portfolio of samples of work for them to review after the initial interview with the director.

It was a "first touch" interview with Marco touching general experience and general expectation on working in Product management team in Docebo. We went through my personal experiences gained duirng my 16 years careers and how PM team works (high level) in Docebo

There was an email from HR to set up a call for the first round. During the call, HR asked how much would be my salary expectation and I mentioned that around $80k but HR said that the rate for this position starts from 100k. When finishing the call, hr said that the next step would be a call with a manager and that they will contact me shortly. After 1 week of silence, I decided to reach out to HR and he was surprised nobody contacted me. He promised to follow up with them. After another week and a half of silence, HR came back to me and said that the rate has lowered for this position and now it is $80k - which initially was fine for me. After that, I did not get any response. Very unprofessional.

The recruitment team seems disorganized and unprepared for initial calls. This began the experience off with a lack of care and candidate appreciation. The questions asked were very standard and lacked innovation which felt uneasy.

Interview process was great. Everyone I met was super friendly and really cared about the conversation. Questions were challenging but no one was drilling. They were good questions to make sure both parties understood what the role would entail.

Per motivi personali ho dovuto riconsiderare la mia scelta e si sono mostrati estremamente compresivi e anche disponibili a venirmi incontro per consentirmi di proseguire la collaborazione. Nonostante alla fine il rapporto di lavoro non sia concretizzato la mia recensione resta estremamente positiva
