Me inscrevi no processo seletivo no dia 9 de janeiro, dia 17 os testes ficaram disponíveis para realização. Após essa etapa, fui convocada para a dinâmica de grupo, que ocorreu no dia 9 de fevereiro. Em resumo, a dinâmica foi bem tranquila, os colaboradores da EY (RH e setor da área escolhida) se apresentaram e em seguida foram os participantes, que deveriam responder os tópicos: nome, formação, idioma, uma curiosidade sobre você e qual sua expectativa com a organização. Para o case (The Business Call), foram formados os grupos a fim de se desenvolver uma proposta inovadora em forma de startup ou incubadora. Para isso, havia controle do tempo: 5 min para escolher o tipo de negócio, depois 3 min para o setor, 17 min para as ideias, 13 min para as atualizações e por fim, começam as apresentações. Após uma semana, recebi o retorno positivo para entrevista com o gerente sênior, que foi realizada também de forma online (24/02), profissional muito simpático, descreveu sobre a área, tirou dúvidas e somente pediu para me apresentar e falar um pouco sobre minhas experiências, foi muito rápido. No dia 8 de março, fui surpreendida com o convite para participar da última entrevista (com o sócio, 14/03), que também posso descrever como muito tranquila, não teve perguntas sobre mim, o colaborador não quis tornar a entrevista como algo repetitivo. Pude tirar mais dúvidas e entender mais sobre o cotidiano de um sócio na organização, acredito que não teve nem dez minutos de conversa. No dia 24/03 me pediram pra fazer um cadastro no site da EY.. Por fim, dia 30/03 fui informada através de uma ligação que havia passado no processo seletivo. De uma forma geral, o processo seletivo foi muito bem organizado, as entrevistas são feitas com profissionais simpáticos que só querem te conhecer melhor. Não tenho nada a reclamar.

Two back to back interviews with managers on TTT team. Very personable and behavioral. Received offer by phone a week later followed by an emailed offer letter a couple days later.

Very organized and simple remote interview process. They had 2 sets of interviews prepared. Normal interview-style questions. Want to know if you can hold a conversation. Make sure to ask questions at the end. The recruiters have many good tips and tricks for acing interviews.

Tuve una primera entrevista telefónica, una segunda via skype y después me pidieron documentación respaldaroria de mis estudios y me hicieron una evaluación virtual de 70 minutos. No quedé. Pedí feedback porque en serio me había gustado la propuesta. Nunca respondieron

2 stage interview process - relatively easy if you are well prepared. First one with HR to check if you are a good fit for the organisation - culture etc and second technical with Senior manager and partner

The process was really simple after applying for the internship. There are 2 interviews, a case interview was first and then a behavioral. Both were virtual and I loved both of my interviewers!
