The selected role for recruitment was Service Quality Engineer in İzmir, Turkey. The interview process literally took more than 5 months. The role specified no work experience so I applied. 2 months after the first meeting with the HR, hiring manager stated that once again. As a candidate without any significant work experience in the field then I thought this couldn't be a problem. Instead of my work experience they questioned my driving skills and my driving license wasn't enough for them. After the final face to face meeting for me everything went well because it was almost 4 months and the manager said he will be in touch with me very soon. So I have started waiting. 1 week after I wrote emails both the manager and HR representative. HR didn't bothered reply because she was in a holiday at that time. The manager replied as they will be decided soon but deep down I worried they already decided. There was another offers but unfortunately I didn't accepted because I was expecting an offer from Enercon. I didn't get offered the job. So they kept me waiting another 3 weeks for nothing. And last but not least I kind of feel mocked in this entire tense hiring process.

It was a long process. Several phases: 2 group assessments, 1 on 1 interview and 1 drafting exercise. It was interesting and really professional, but consumed lots of time. At the end, they did not provide much feedbak but, in general, they seemed professional.

Te citan en las instalaciones de ellos junto con otras personas (generalmente quienes van por enchufe) para hacer una serie de pruebas y dinámica de grupo. Las pruebas son test psicológicos, de lógica mecánica, de personalidad y un examen de conocimientos eléctricos bastante complejo (conviene mirarse las 5 reglas de oro, arranque estrella - triángulo y su esquema, procedimientos para actuar con condensadores, ley de Ohm o cálculo de potencias monofásicas y trifásicas). Dejan usar la calculadora del móvil. De todas formas al examen no le dan mucha importancia porque luego nadie sabe la mayoría de preguntas. La dinámica de grupo es la de la Nasa (parecida a la del búnker). Los favoritos van a entrevista donde te entrevistan 3 personas y te hacen un vídeo sin tú saberlo para que lo vean los altos cargos en Alemania. La entrevista dura 1 hora y hacen prácticamente todas las preguntas rebuscadas típicas y las preguntan tanto en la índole profesional como personal. Mucho cuidado con las preguntas de los defectos, aunque les des la vuelta y se lo vendas como una virtud se quedan con el defecto y te preguntan una y otra vez (aquí fue donde me rechazaron). Se quedan con una palabra que digas y te bombardean con esa palabra, incluso cambiándole el contexto y preguntándote si es así.. Mi consejo: en la pregunta de los defectos NO RESPONDER aunque consideres que el defecto no tiene importancia. También te van a preguntar por el error más grave que has cometido trabajando (pregunta fácil de responder en la que se fijarán en cómo lo resolviste) pero luego te preguntan por el mayor error en tu vida personal (aquí yo me quedé rayado y a punto de liarla, prepárate la respuesta). Valoran muy positivamente la presencia, educación y que te hayas informado sobre la empresa. Cuando te pregunten por las espectativas salariales dí el sueldo que has visto en internet y aprovecha para decir otras cosas.
